What is the Airport Pick up Service? When you arrive in your designated airport it is very important to us that you feel welcome and safe in your new surroundings.
Arriving in a new country can be both exciting and confusing experience. Therefore, we offer an airport pick-up service for new students.
To make your arrival as smooth, easy and stress-free as possible, let us arrange an airport pick up for you.
After you organised your flight the city where your university is located, please tell us when you will arrive.
A staff member will meet you at the airport. S/he will hold a sign with your name on it. They will take you to your accommodation.
We provide airport pick up service for new students arriving at their airport. Students will be dropped off directly to their student halls of residence. If you are living in private accommodation you can still be picked up from the airport
If you are travelling with your parents or other relatives you will need to inform us in advance to ensure we have enough space to accommodate everyone.
When traveling with relatives and/or children, please indicate each person as an extra passenger.
Please try and be as accurate as possible when listing how many items of baggage you will be bringing with you.
