Terms and Conditions

Global Education Consultants (GEC) is an education consultancy farm alone where students can take advice to find out the appropriate course.
GEC can proceed or process the student application to the education provider upon individual request and authorization.
GEC can receive deposits from student application processing and placement.
All monetary transactions should comply with invoice/receipt.
If GEC is not able to process any application for students’ chosen program for GEC limitations, any deposit or fees paid in advance will be refunded in full.
If a student withdraws his/her application while the application is under process for the student’s own limitations, any deposit or fees paid in advance will be refunded after an administration fees deduction of 15%.

IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION OF APPLICATION, FOR WHATEVER REASON, THE FOLLOWING WILL APPLY:

Cancellations must be made in writing directly to the GEC if payment is done to GEC and payment is not forwarded to the relevant institution.
Students have a responsibility to keep regular contact with the GEC while the application is under process.

General Terms and Conditions

○  By signing the registration form or the declaration below, a student declares that the information supplied on the form or otherwise in connection with their application is complete and correct and that the giving of false or incomplete information or document may lead to the refusal of the application or suspension or expulsion from the GEC service agreement.
○  Any refund made by GEC will be paid to the original payer according to the refund policy which may vary.
○  Any refund made by the College will be paid to the original payer according to the institution’s refund policy which may vary.
○  All deposits received are for the sole purpose of reserving a program place or admission.
○  Funds received but not utilized or refunded in accordance with these terms and conditions will be forfeited to the GEC.
○  A student complies with GEC terms and conditions until they are admitted to the academy on a particular course of interest. After admission, a student will go under the relevant academy terms and conditions as well as their refund policy.

○  Students are expected to conduct themselves at all times in a manner that demonstrates respect for the GEC and its staff, fellow students and property. Breaches of the GEC’s service Code of Conduct or the regulations, protocols or codes issued by any partner college/university or other awarding body can amount to gross misconduct, which may lead to expulsion from the service agreement without refund.
○  Liability of the GEC for losses arising from negligence (except in the case of liability for death or personal injury), breach of contract or otherwise will be limited to the full amounts paid by the relevant student. The GEC will have no liability for indirect or consequential loss or damage.
○  Students’ arrangements with the GEC are governed by English law.
○  GEC will not hold any original document/certification from students other than a copy of the original certification which could remain with GEC for application processing purposes.
