THIS PRIVACY POLICY (“PRIVACY POLICY”) FOR THE GES DESCRIBES HOW GES TREAT PERSONAL DATA RECEIVED ABOUT STUDENT WHEN STUDENT VISITS OUR GES WEBSITE, MAKE AN APPLICATION TO STUDY THROUGH US, GET REGISTERED WITH US OR OTHERWISE.

Student privacy and confidentiality are treated with the highest regard.

All personal information and relevant advice during and after the consultation is always kept confidential despite sharing with any third party until authorized.

All kinds of electronic or physical documents (Such as Passport copies, Photos, Copies of certificates and transcripts) provided from any student are either kept secure in the locker or destroyed.

Collection of Students’ Personal Data:

To process applications and enrollments, GEC may ask for Students’ names, email and postal addresses, daytime phone numbers, sponsor’s names, mobile and home telephone numbers, date of birth, professional certification or registration information. All Student’s personal data would be only used to make a contact with Students regarding the Student’s application process or process Students’ application for admission.

Sharing Students Data

GEC will need to use Student data to perform its obligations and exercise its rights under agreements made with students and inform students of feedback. GEC may also share student personal data, official records and results of assessments with its partner universities/colleges or other awarding bodies where student interest will be best satisfied. Such third parties are not subject to this Privacy Policy. Contact these institutions directly for information about how they treat Students’ personal data.

GEC may also use students’ postal and email addresses to send information about further programs and/or professional training, and other services or products similar to those Students have requested from us, or to send students an invitation to solicit such information from our sibling companies. If Students does not wish us to send Students this additional information, Students can let us know by email, or by sending us notice of Students preferences through the mechanisms listed in the section entitled “Students Ability to Choose”. Otherwise, GEC will share Students’ personal data only with the service providers who help us run the GEC Site or fulfil Students’ requests. GEC may also need to disclose Students’ personal data to third parties when GEC, in our sole discretion, believe it is necessary to comply with the law, to enforce the Terms and Conditions or this Privacy Policy.

Transfer to the other Countries:

GEC may need to process and store Students’ information in countries outside the UK including, without limitation, Students’ home country or other countries where GEC have offices or service providers. By providing Students’ information to us, Students consent to the transfer of Students’ information to these other countries but Students’ privacy policy will be ensured and secured.

 Students our ability to Choose:

As mentioned above, GEC may use Students’ email or postal address to send Student information on obtaining or maintaining Students qualification, or other services or products GEC think might interest Student. GEC also may share Students data with other Partner companies. If Students do not wish to receive such information from us or other Partner companies, or Students does not wish us to share Students’ data in this manner, Student can let us know by emailing us at or sending Students’ request by post to Privacy Inquiry (details below).

While the GEC endeavours to ensure that the information on the GEC Website is correct, GEC does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on the site or in any prospectus or brochures. GEC may make changes to the material on the site or to the products and prices described in it at any time without notice, although GEC will provide notice of substantive changes to the GEC Privacy Policy.

The material on the site is provided “as is,” without any conditions, warranties, or other terms of any kind. The GEC and any of our group companies, and their officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents of any kind, exclude all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to students or any third party (including, without limitation, any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages, or any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption, and whether in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise) in connection with the GEC in any way or in connection with the use, inability to use or the results of use of the GEC Site, any Web sites linked to the GEC Site, or the material on such Web sites, including, but not limited to, loss or damage due to viruses that may infect computer equipment, software, data, or other property on account of access to, use of, or browsing the GEC Site or downloading of any material from the GEC Site or any Web sites linked to the GEC Site.

If Student’s use of the material on the GEC Site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment, software, or data, Students assume all costs thereof. Nothing in this legal notice shall exclude or limit the GEC’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence (as such term is defined by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977); fraud; or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
